FRISCO - Medical City Frisco will break ground on a new medical office building and ambulatory surgery center on Wednesday, February 27 at 3 p.m.
The $37 million expansion project includes five stories with approximately 150,000 square feet and features a beautiful glass enclosed skywalk connecting to the main hospital. The facility will include 11 operating rooms, including one biplane cath lab, 53 luxury patient rooms and office space for additional high-level specialists to meet the needs of the growing Frisco community. The facility is set to be complete in the spring of 2020.

The medical office building and ambulatory surgery center is part of Medical City Healthcare’s major capital investment initiative of more than $1.7 billion spent or committed over five years.
